1. An eVisit is scheduled
The doctor confirms if an eVisit is necessary for the health concern faced by the patient and scheduled the appointment. The doctor’s office is due to inform you about the date, time and location of your appointment.
2. Arrive your local/nearest healthcare center
The reception of your healthcare center will receive your signatures and the healthcare manager/nurse will prepare you for the appointment. The nurse might check your vitals (on requirement) and ask some basic questions about your health.
3. Consult your doctor via video conferencing
A doctor will consult you via video call in a telemedicine designated room. The nurse will assist in all the physical examinations. Upon the requirement by your consultant, the nurse will coordinate for the ECG and other medical check-ups.
